How do I schedule a booking?Booking with us is easy and straightforward. Clicking on the “Book Now” button will take you to our seamless booking process.

Do you do drone photography?Yes. We offer aerial photography as an add-on, or as the primary service. All of our flights are flown by a certified pilot, conducted within FAA regulations, and are fully insured

How many pictures will be taken?Several factors influence the total number of images needed. Our goal is to capture every room with at least two photos. Key areas like kitchens, living rooms, master bedrooms, and exteriors typically require multiple shots to fully showcase the space. On average, a 2,000-square-foot home will need 30 to 35 or more images.

How long does a photoshoot take?Photoshoots can last anywhere from 45 minutes to 3.5 hours, depending on the size of the property and the services requested.

How long do I wait for my photos?We do next-day delivery for photos and virtual tours, and 48 hours for video content

What if I need to cancel?Issues come up, we understand. There is no cancellation fee

What if the weather is bad?We can reschedule shoots due to bad weather at no cost. If you prefer to keep the appointment, we can shoot interior photos, then reschedule exterior photos for a $75 return fee

Do you charge a travel fee?Yes, but only after the first thirty miles round trip. After 30, we charge $1.50 per additional mile. Travel fees are calculated at checkout, so you will know the cost up front before you book.

Are you insured?Yes. We have general liability coverage, as well as drone-specific insurance. We are happy to provide clients with a certificate of insurance upon request
